Who's "Supercharged"?...no, wait- I'll rephrase:

Who's the poster you're referring to as "Supercharged"?

We should just let him roll. His posts always get locked, but yet a LOT of other dumb stuff stays on here forever. His humor is misunderstood, he is just goofing around. No need to attack him. I have no financial or personal interest in him/her. It's winter time, nothing better to do. Oddly, one of the reasons I sold my clatter box was the noise. I also have my door buzzer disabled, and I run on parking lights only when coming in after dark.

The ignore button/option is your friend and SC along with about 3 others have made my "naughty list" which I checked twice. Some made it for the silliness and meaningless posts and some that post just to ask meaningless questions and generate a bunch of conversation ... neither of which is what I view most of the forums here are for.

I had to go find it. It is one of his better ones, no doubt. I enjoyed it. I have NO idea why it would be closed.

Because it is a troll thread (like all his threads) serving no purpose.

Look at me-
I'm quoting myself! But just to say "never mind"- I found the "Diesel Muffs" thread and see that's a screen name for the O.P. there.

I think that if he'd posted it in the "Jokes" thread they'd have left it alone- it's pretty funny!

Must have been cut because it was in "tow vehicles" instead...

There are a number of members who are regarded by others, as posting threads and posts of little value.

But in the end, that is just opinion.

What is of limited value or no purpose, is simply that person's opinion, which is not necessarily shared by others.

Many don't want what they choose to read and what they choose not to read, dictated by others who have different opinions.

I fall into that group. I like to choose what I want to read and I don't want to have someone else, determine what I want to read.

The solution:

If you know you will probably not like a particular member's thread or post, than either don't read it or block that member's threads and posts...so you don't have to even see those threads/posts.

I totally agree with the above post. Most of the time when I ask something and SPECIFICALLY state responses Im not interested in, I get many useless responses. About half are useful, the rest are absolutely useless to my question.
Bless those that can actually read and respond helpfully. As for SC, he has managed to irritate me,but I dont want him to know that,,,,,,opps!@

Blocking him doesn't mean his antics won't get another thread shut down.

IMO he's probably a smart somewhat experienced person on the subject of tow vehicles but his trolling for attention isn't what RV.net is about.
