Not sure if this is RV related, but it doesn't appear to matter. Since I'm headed to Huatulco in my RV, I guess you could say this is RV related.
Thought Moisheh would have picked up on this, but I guess he's off today.

That's it, too many Canadians being killed in Mexico. I'm heading back to Canada. Or, maybe I'll just stop being Canadian.

my wife wants to go to Mexico when we go to Yuma and I told her she would have to go by herself. and to make sure her life insurance is paid up. I wouldn't go to Mexico on a bet right now.

Read the newspaper for Seattle , you may not want to go to Washington Also
The sad thing is If this girl did not have her Canadian citizenship , no one here would be reading about this

In Seattle you stand a chance of blending in. In Mexico you might as well have "tourist" tatooed on your forehead. It does change the odds.

Let's put the whole Mexico thing into perspective.
How many millions of Canadians go there every year?
How many don't come back?
I think a trip to any major city in Canada or the US has just as much risk?
See the street shootings in Vancouver and even Kelowna this past summer?
Think about it.

Though one victim of this crime was a Naturalized Canadian Citizen, both were born in Mexico.
Doesn't seem like blending in there would have been a problem for them...

Quote: How many millions of Canadians go there every year?
Last year, 2,000,000 +/- 6000
Quote: How many don't come back?
This year, about 2,000,000 - 20,000 or so, after 5 homicides.
This really puts things in perspective.

This unfortunate woman was a latino. Nor was she a tourist. She was doing research for her doctorate.
