Hate to say. Just as is it sells papers up north.

It sells the threads here... or you might say it keeps the pot stirred


It's OK with me, I get a 10% bonus for each one of these threads. It 15% if I close it and 20% if I delete it. But here we have an OP who has strongly objected to this type of thread; perhaps 50% is called for.

I think the point is that both victims being recognizably Latino, they probably weren't killed because somebody took them for (rich?)Canadian Tourists.

I know that many members of this forum are Canadian but there are alot of Americans on here as well, how come the Americans killed or attached do not seem to get the same coverage. One would think that only Canadians travelled to this beautiful country of Mexico.

Given the number of Canadians that travel here each year the number of deaths is actually a very small percentage.

It is time to stop this fear mongering and sit back and enjoy a cold cervesa.
