We don't use the microwave but do use the oven- micro yanked out and converted to storage.
Installed a Cat heater for those cool mornings boondocking- yanked out the furnace and converted it to storage.
Don't watch over-the-air TV- pulled the antenna so there's more room for solar panels.
We have a portable Winegard dish, but have never bothered to activate sat TV. The flatscreen in the bedroom is used for good DVD movies (and snacking and cuddling while watching good movies).

We stopped carrying the ladder. And we removed the bathroom door which was always in the way and stored it for future buyers. We can pull the shower curtain across for privacy instead.

The oven. I can get down there to light it, but getting back up isn't fun.
The rear ladder. My friends' kids climb up to the roof when it needs washing.
The cabover bed. Used for storage.
The passenger seat and rear-facing dinette seat. I travel by myself. Passenger seat holds my CD library and the dinette seat holds my computer and printer, while moving or eating.
The toad carries cases of liquid refreshment. BTW, if you carry cans of carbonated beverages with the tops facing up, they don't explode while driving down the road. Same way the trucks that deliver to the stores carry them.
Retired and visiting as much of this beautiful country as I can.

We have used the microwave twice, it mostly stores paper towels, dog food bowl, and ice trays. We have used the oven twice. It holds a couple of pans otherwise. Use the outside shower a lot.
The one thing we don't use is the storage under one of the dinette seats. It is just too hard to get stuff out of. Or we don't carry enough stuff.

TV antenna. I requested it be built without one, but it came with one anyway. It's never had anything connected and never been raised.

Everything in our camper falls into one of three categories:
- We've used it before, and expect to use it this trip, or
- disaster would follow if we needed it and it wasn't there (fire extinguisher, spare tire, lubed bearing set), or
- it's been too long since we cleaned this stuff out.
When we are diligent in avoiding #3 we can keep our loaded weight minus dry weight under 600#.

Honestly, I’ve lived most my life without a microwave and could live without it.

I would drive for 12 hours maximum. If you’re not in a hurry, take breaks for every meal and about 7-8 hours overnight.
