The OP drove it home after purchase and parked it.
Something has failed abruptly such as blow fuse.
OP:
Did you do anything after parking that may effect it? Did you change oil and possibly hit the oil pressure sending unit?

Probably been mentioned--turn on for three seconds then off-repeat-do this several times and see the results---this is to build fuel pressure..

There is one more thing here, hence my question about the keypass security system. IF you have this system (security light on in instrument cluster)it needs to recognize the correct key and only that key to start/run. Many GM cars and trucks came with that system but I am not aware if MH's ever used it or not.
VATS is in the software, but it is disabled in every truck BIN I have seen. The 7427 was a precursor to OBDII, so there are a bunch of features in the software in preparation for the later series ECMs that are not used in the '95 and older vehicles.

Thanks for the info. I still believe it is a fuel pump relay problem keeping it from starting. The 2 second blip should be enough to get it to fire, but if not, the ignition reference pulses from the distributor module should keep the relay energized while cranking the engine. Don't know if he has changed that relay yet.

interesting that you expect both fuel injectors to fail at the same exact time.

If power and ground was good at the injectors.but no power at cranking.you need to pull the four pin conector at the distributor .With light conected to oneof the injector harness and a test light hooked to 12 volts prob the purple and white wire I do believe ckt 436 when you probe it should light the noid light. So if this is the case then the ignition module is bad..also check power cranking at 5 amp fuse in fuse panel.
If fuel pump, and filter are all ok...than replace injectors, i have had the same thing happen on a truck, with no start and spray into the throat would start for a few seconds.

The fuel pump may be pumping when line is disconnected but fuel pump may not up to snuff as far as fuel pressure-Check fuel pressure- my nickel is on low fuel pressure -either bad pump or restricted fuel filter-Who knows how long the MH sat before it was driven to his house any rust or dirt or water probably got pumped into filter-As was stated earlier if fuel was sprayed into intake it would fire then die-Rich

OP: Fuel pump relay is actually mounted to the left side wind deflector under the engine cover just above the valve cover toward the rear of engine.
You can check continuity on the injectors. I very much doubt whether they have both failed.
