I turned 62 on 2/15/11. If you're talking about social security I think you will find that your first "check" will arrive at bank on the third Wednesday of April. Don't get anything for remainder of Feb and March payment is on 3rd Wednesday of April. Payment date each month is based on DOB. I didn't like it either!
Gee, my birthday is the 16th and get my check on the 3rd...
