With this, a 2012 Cedar Creek 38FL:

LINK TO ACTUAL UNIT with interior pics
Daddy wants!
Only problem is it has a Lippert Frame which it looks like it is going to be very hard to get away from - swore I'd never own another after I had a failure on my 2010 RV on it's fourth trip out. However, maybe Cedar Creek treats it's customers better than Keystone?
I love the full sized residential fridge with inverter so it can run on 12v, I love the size, the floorplan, and the apparent quality. Painted/gelcoat exterior, automatic hydraulic levelling system, good HD running gear (110 psi tires, big axles), big R value insulation -- R38 floor and roof -- some really nice features.
Anyone own one of these beasts? How do you like it?

I don't want to get shot, flamed, or banned from here.
All I will say is that Cedar Creek takes great care of it's customers, has great construction techniques, and makes a heck of a rig. In contrast to others, I wouldn't be concerned about the frame on the Cedar Creek.

I doubt very much that you will have any better luck with your forest river product or any better treatment than you did from Keystone.

That's a great looking floor plan. Love the doors on opposing sides. The W/D in the bedroom, while odd at first thought, makes perfect sense when you think about where the clothing is stored after washing. If there is anything to not like, it would be the refer being so far away from the cooking workspace. Anyone who spends a lot of time cooking would hate that. But then, some folks hardly ever cook anymore anyway.
I love it too!
I wouldn't spend a moments worry over the frame.

That looks like a very nice unit. You will have a lot of good times with it. Life is too short, might just as well get it...

Is the Wardrobe storage drawers or a closet? Either way very little clothes storage for a 38 footer.
