I do hope the OP got the Ranger's permission to list the job opening. We often ask our workampers or a well-known regular guests for referrals when we have an opening. The reason is because we feel that person would only refer us qualified, hard working, upstanding individuals. We sure wouldn't want them to take a request for a referral and post the position on the internet, that is not the purpose of asking for a referral.
