I just sent out the below information via email to everyone. Let me know if you didn't get it.
I am depositing everyone's check today and sending in the money to SAL. We just have the 10 required rigs for a group reservation! Woohoo!
Just to let you all know, on September 10th I am having carpal tunnel surgery. I will still be on the mend at the rally.
I have decided to follow the KISS method for this rally (Keep It Simple Stupid)
There will be no goodie bags or Bingo. I hope this doesn't disappoint anyone.
We do have some extra $$ in the rally kitty. Ray and I have decided that we will use this money to buy tri-tip for everyone for Saturday night. We will also provide paper plates, napkins and plastic cutlery. We will still need side dishes and desserts. Here's how I divided it up. Hope this works for everyone.

Friday night everyone is on their own for dinner. Ray and I will provide a charcoal fire for anyone who wants to BBQ something and we can all eat together.
No one on the forum has suggested activities, themes or party ideas for this rally. If you have any suggestions, please let us know. Ray suggested a western theme. Not sure everyone wants to dress up as a cowboy though. Well, if we have no theme, this will be a very low key get together. Good times with good friends!
