Just wondering if anyone has done something stupid like this and what happened with their insurance company? It is my brand new camper, and I went to the store and, in auto-drive, went to park where I always park. The height warning bar had fallen off and wasn't there, so I just kept going. I feel pretty stupid. That is a sprinkler head raining, and there are a couple of light fixtures scraped off, not to mention my vent covers and a nice hole in my fiberglass.

OUCH! Did you have to let some air out of the tires to extract it?

Ouch! I have a friend who took went into a garage at work with a bicycle on top twice. Then, he bought a hitch rack. It really torqued the roof and bicycle both times. My camper isn't going to come close to getting in a parking garage.

I think you probably have to file to fix the sprinklers if nothing else. But, I'd probably get an estimate first before filing.

You're not the only stupid one with a TC. I forgot to pull my slide in and hit a pole...knocked the pole down and did a number on the TC.

The camper is 'cargo' in your truck. Your insurance will probably, collect from the parking garage management, since the bar was down.

Been there, did that. Right corner of the cabover. Had it sold and was to be delivered the next day. Most the night was spent repairing it!

Nice TC. Is the waterfall optional or standard equipment?
Hopefully your insurance will cover it.

Not stupid - that's why they're called "accidents". Stupid would be "intentional".

Just call it the New Version of Outside Showers!

Hopefully didn't damage the TC too much...

Good Luck!
