x2. We only have two kids but they almost always have friends that come along. Our kids are older so the garage area is a great hang out for them. We mounted a TV, have video games, etc. They love it back there. No plans to buy toys at this point. Just bought the TH for the people space.

If we only used it when bringing our toys, it would only get about half the use it's currently getting. We average about 60 nights a year with roughly 30 nights without any toys loaded.

I thinks we used ours more without the toys than we did with them last season, this season is going to be different I hope.

I bought a toyhauler so I could have an area for my washer/dryer, a hobby room and a small freezer. I also going to have the ramp set up as a deck for BBQ'S and just loafing. Its just me so it will work out great for that.

If the cost of gas keeps going up, I am going to rent my garage out to a medical marijuana grower.

They make great moving vans! Moved our son's furniture twice already! And like someone else wrote, we had a place to stay while doing it. Great Equipment!
