I cannot believe that a single person didn't have a pithy reply about boxed wine for me!

I'm terribly disappointed in all of you!!!

Now we are determining the success and/or failure of a thread by the number of posts. We need to elect a rv.net member on each thread to keep count! :-) I find it really interesting that there are those who think we should forget about problems we have had with our RV's and move on. The benefits of RV.net members complaining about their failures are causing changes and improvements to occur. I am encouraged by the lengthy and repeated threads on tire failures. RV Manufacturers are now offering tire upgrades and less Chinese made tires are being offered as standard equipment. New RV purchasers are more informed demanding better tires. If we listened to the select few manufacturers evangelists that are so overbearing here on RV.net there would be an end to any problems reported on here more than once.

No, it's not. I have serious health issues and cannot raise and lower anything heavier than a glass of wine.

Well at least you are doing something productive!

Good points!

I will keep pointing out different sides to topics. I have thick skin.

Love the auto level on our rig...no more blocks, watching your level gauges, adding more blocks, delaying cocktail hour.......

At our age convenience is what we appreciate and the auto leveling system is one we value.

I prefer to work out at Adams County Winery in Gettysburg.

Don't think anyone said forget about it or stop posting about problems....

I did say this......"That is true and most of us understand that but we do not let the fact that we have problems consume most of our waking hours blasting the vendor or manufacturer of the product..Life goes on...

To become obsessed with blasting one manufacturere because one had a bad experience is another thing.

Cummins I understand being stuck in your ways and not being willing to accept change and technology. Level up system are really not that complex. Once upon a time many thought slide outs were too complex and just something to break and fail.
Auto leveling systems are the wave of the future, there is nothing fun or rewarding to manually leveling a RV trailer. The future system will only get better.

As far as being stuck in my own ways, I purchased a 2011 RAM CUMMINS Dually with all that technology has to offer.

I also would not have a system that all the slides go out at once. I can isolate each hydraulic slide if there is a problem.

I am a A Journeyman Carpenter with 35 years experience so I know a bit about leveling objects.

Like I said 5 extra minutes and I am perfectly level. Remember I said I used a Hilti laser to set my levels so there is another example of my willingness to use technology when appropriate.

I will save the money for some other useful technology.

I guess it's a matter of perspective. I don't think I would pay to add auto level to my unit, however my unit came standard with auto level feature and it's great.
In the end maybe it is only 5 minutes less set up time, which equals 5 minutes more beer time.
Anything that eliminates set up time is a great invention.
I understand you level with a nuclear powered Hilti radar controlled super level, but the real beauty of the auto level system is you don't need anything.
You don't need a K mart bubble level or a Hilti laser level or any construction experience at all. All you do is press a button and crack one open.
All the work has been eliminated, leveling no longer requires any skill, expertise, experience or tools. Except a bottle opener maybe if you prefer the good stuff!

Lucky me my new voltage came with both the Level up and a profesional bottle opener, The bottle opener is what realy sold it though.
