I got my 91 gallon aluminum tank from Northern tools for about $600 shipped a few years ago. I'm sure it's a bit higher now, but still a bargain.
One big advantage of having an in-bed tank is that I can move it in or out if needed, and when I get another truck I can move the tank to the new one. So, the investment can last through many changes in vehicles.
