We 303 everything!!!! The sides, the tires, the plastic trim. I even use it instead of PAM. (Well, I'm pushing it a bit there) WE use it twice a year with a low speed buffer and it works. I do coat the decals more often though. We waxed one side of the MH with Seapower wax, and buffed the other side with 303. The 303 side came out just as good, and wiping down on occasion is alot easier than waxing.

Full timing it since July 2012 My pics

Never, never, never, never, never wax a vinyl graphic! Did I say NEVER!

Wax contains petroleum distillated products. Petroleum products removes and destroys the "plastisizers" that the vinyl manufacturers add during the manufacturing process. Plastisizers are what keep the vinyl from cracking and curling...and keeps the vinyl from drying out.

Wax causes the adhesive backing to fail, causing curling and peeling...as well as cracking and fade!

All the major vinyl graphic manufacturers such as 3M will tell you this, as will the major RV Graphic Companies such as Sharpline, ZombieKiller, Performance Graphics and the big one Valley Screen Process who furnish graphics to Jayco, Forest River, Thor and more.

Wax the RV, not the Vinyl...and apply 303 Aerospace to the vinyl. 303 was developed by aerospace chemists specifially for the expensive graphics and paint on Airliners and Private Aircraft. No silicone, no petroleum products.

My Jayco is 8 years old and the graphics are unfaded and in supurb shape. 303 Aerospace every month or so.

Repeat after me..WAX ON VINYL GRAPHICS IS BAD!

Hmmm. I hhave been waxing mine for 8 years, and they look like new. Think I'll keep it up.

When I clean/polish/wax our fifth wheel Everything gets the same treatment.
When I let the front cap go too long I even used Bar Keepers Friend and a power buffer. No harm done to the decals.
However...I know that many folks have had problems with the decals starting on day one.Even on the same brand of trailer as mine.
Note..Our trailer is an '04.

Like Terry. I've been waxing mine for 8 years and they look like new with the exception of the one on the front that gets constant sun (or daylight) in storage. It was toast by the second year.
The others never get direct sun when it's stored at home and well, camping in the PNW means it doesn't much sun any other way either.

I f you can't touch your decal with wax how do you wax to the edge without touching? I wax it all. If decals can't take wax then they should not be there.

I don't use wax on the decals either.I have a 04 Challenger 5er and the driver side is always in the sun. I tried 303 and it did not save those cheap sticker. My front cap gets mid to afternoon sun and they are gone also. The passenger side is never in the sun and they look as good as the day I brought it home. So I think no matter what you do the suns uv rays will kill them. I am in the process now using the 3m remover wheel and getting rid of the decals, next trailer is either paint or none at all.I beleive it is also the quality of the decals that will make them last. I drive for Coca-Cola and my trailer was redone 12 years ago and the decals look like the day they were put on except for the tree branch scratches that you can't avoid on the city streets.Quality does matter.
