The isle shower in my LTV works fine, except the shower curtain is cold when rubbed up against and its hard to avoid that given the small space. Showering in one though is absolutely doable and really not much of a hassle once you get the routine down.
We also wipe down the shower at home after using it so it is not a problem in the van. Wet or dry wouldn't make a difference.
For us the only annoying part of the wet bath in our RT is the size.
But of course that goes with the territory. One of the trade offs to have a self contained RV the size of a van.

I would like to hear about that.
And any other mods to "increase" the interior size of the "B" Bath.
We deleted the cabinet under the sink in our 2006 RT210P and that made a big difference. Much more room to move around.
(I am still thinking of removing the sink and turning the toilet so it is straight instead of at an angle.)

We did the same and took the sink and cabinet out of one rig we had. I was raised by my Grandmother that made a rule that none of the boys could use the bathroom sink only the kitchen sink. Kept it clean for the girls. I am in my 70's and still wash my hands in the kitchen sink. So lack of a bathroom sink was nothing but more room.. I really think its one of the first things we can camp with out. And one of the only things they put two of in a small camper. I think we could live with only one sink...

We spent most of our money traveling... Just wasted the rest..
The sink and ample size vanity top slide into the wall and out of the way in a Great West Van Legend. At first I was skeptical about that design idea but have grown to like it.

I rented 2 small class Cs that had separate showers and I found those showers to be a lot more cramped and harder to use than the wet bath on 2 other coaches I rented. My new PW (that I'm picking up 1 week from today!) has a wet bath and that's one of the reasons I liked it over the RT. I do use the campground showers when possible and don't shower as frequently when I'm camping, but the wet bath works for me! The only tip I would offer is to shower on a drive day so that the water can slosh around and drain. Oh and if you have recently showered be sure to wear shoes when you go in to use the bathroom...not just socks!
My parents have a 36 ft County Coach - large class A diesel - looks more like a bus - and you have to take Navy Showers in their shower too, so that's not just limited to the smaller coaches.
