Thought that it might be worth while to give GS some feedback on the seminars that they have been offering at the rally in Phoenix. We've been to four two have been great and the other two not so good. The seminars that went well where Bugs bugging you and Don't go without velcro. The other two AC Electric System Safety and Understanding Propane Systems probably would have been great if the presenter had been able to give his presentation but got so bogged down answering questions that he was not able to complete his presentation it also wasn't helpful that there were insufficient handouts for his presentations as he often referred to the handouts that not all of us had.

Thanks for the heads up on the not so great presentations, I'll scratch those off my list. I too, thought the Velcro seminar was good as well as the one sponsored by Almost Heaven Microfiber. She had several great cleaning tips!

This is just in retrospect but I volunteered and was posted at the seminars. There were a lot of good ones. I'm glad they had the instructions to not sell a company or product but to be educational. Not all vendors complied and those were the worst seminars I thought. I saw the History of RVing which was really interesting. Both the Fulltiming and the Alaska on your own by Ron Jones which were probably the best, and the Cummins-Onan generator maintenance one, they ran out of booklets but you could pick one up afterwards at their booth.
I also saw SkyMed and even though that was a service they were selling, it opened my eyes about the expenses of getting transferred home if you have a serious illness or death while traveling. The 6% solution was bad though, with an opening about the national debt having nothing to do with anything for RVers, just left that one. Saw one on why side windows fog and the benefits of repairing vs. replacing. The company did both so that was interesting.
Awning care is a good topic but the presenter was not willing to commit to advice, maybe didn't have enough experience? Kept saying contact the material manufacturer--if I wanted to do that I would not be in the seminar. Engine performance on the other hand was the advice of an obviously experienced mechanic--lots of work on truck engines both gas and diesel. I ended up buying a K&N lifetime filter to improve air intake from that one. Next step would be a better muffler system I guess. White Knuckles was about correcting driving problems mostly in big rigs. It could have been much more informative, again addressing the needs of those who experience handling issues first then mentioning the products they recommend instead of the other way around! Overall I thought the seminars were one of the best ways to spend time at the rally! I only caught a few of all that were offered!

I liked the Almost Heaven cleaning one too. Great practical and simple cleaning tips.
