I had a 1986 Ford Bronco II Red/White. Loved that car/truck and I miss it. But I can still go visit it. I sold it to a friend, who sold it to a friend... Anyway, I know all three of the guys that bought it after me. I know where its parked right this minute. The last guy had some body work done on rear quarter panels due to rust, but all the Bronco II's had that problem.

Retired and visiting as much of this beautiful country as I can.

White 1959 Ford convertible. I was too young and stupid to realize what I had.

My grandfather gave me a 1950 Chevy pickup when I was 11. It needed some work and my dad convinced me to sell it, so I could get something better when I turned 14..... ended up with a 1972 Chevy Vega... Wished I had that truck.

I have had this 1972 Nova since 1994 and am not letting it go, so much fun to drive.

My 1964 Austin-Healey Sprite (Mark III) in British Racing Green.

Though I had it in 1974 when I got my driver's license, it was in the middle of "restoration" (including the installation of a roll bar at the demand of my CHP dad) and I didn't drive it regularly for another several months.

I had more fun driving, tinkering, and tuning on that car than anything I've owned before or since.

Incredibly enough, and when all of my friends were messing with muscle cars, my little Sprite was a "chick magnet" and I was never at a loss for young ladies anxious to go for a "top down drive" on summer nights.

2002 Jeep wrangler I miss driving with the top off. It was a fun ride. But I like all of my vehicles now though as well.

69 SS396. Bought it new, the sticker price was $3900 and got it out the door for $3200. Lucky I didn't kill myself.

My husband, when I met him in 1986, owned a 69 Buick Skylark, 350 2barrel that had, seriously, belonged to his Grandmother. She gave it to him in trade for painting her house when she was selling it to move in with her sister in 1985 (at the time, she was over 90 year of age). It had less than 20K miles on it. Talk to driving it once a week to church and back . He drove it until 1995. It had started to rust badly, and had major mechanical issues. It had almost 200K miles on it at the time. We would see it from time to time driving around town with it's new owner. Then, a few years later, he saw it sitting in the lot at a body shop by his work. He pulled in to take a look. A young fellow came out to see why he was looking at it. Turns out that it had been abandoned on the freeway, and the fellow had been contacted to tow it, and the state gave it to him. It had over 300K miles on it at the time. His intention was to fix it up and keep it. My husband was grateful to know that his Grandmother's car was going to be in good hands, but he wished that he had kept it.
