I don't know about that tent in particular.
I do know that tent makers list how many people can cram in the tent without any gear. It will hold six people in mummy style sleeping bags. We like more room than that. Our 6-8 person tent works for us 4.

Haven't heard about that tent, too. A coleman tent is the best. But if you would like a inexpensieve one, I recommend a quictent 6 man 3 rooms family camping tent. My friend is using this kind of tent, just comfortable. link here ttp://www.quictents.com/peaktop/6-man-3-rooms-family-camping-tent.html.

My main concerns when buying a tent during my tent camping years (25+) were:
1) Enough room- Usually 6-8 people means 4 comfortably by the time everyone gets a sleeping bag, over night bag and a pillow in them along with leaving a place inside for shoes by the tent. If you cut the max number of people in half, that generally is what the tent will support comfortably with everyone having a little room to throw a bag on the floor and not have to sleep with it.
2) Ease of setup- I always went with the breakdown-shock corded poles because those were so much easier to set up other than the metal tent poles and guidelines staked all over the place. Often if there is not going to be a lot of wind, the weight of sleeping bags and clothes bags inside the tent was enough we didn't even stale downt he tent. Windy days means put a stake in each corner at least.
3) Enough windows- If your going to be using the tent in the summer at all, you will want enough windows that you can get good cross breeze moving through the tent to cool it off at night. Very important.
4) Good rainfly- a rainfly that actually covers the majority of the tent and especially the entrance is nice. Some tents even have a little porch covering on the front which can help keep the entrance area a little drier.

3 years ago I bought the chippewa family 10x18 dome tent from kmart and we were comfortable with 2 queen air mattresses a full sized pack and play with all our clothes and necessities. It was well under $150. I was looking at a small air mattress for the little guy and the wife suggested a Pop up instead. We found a nice hybrid in our towing and price range instead. Good luck, enjoy

Personally, with a family of 5, I like to make sure we have plenty of room. We have a 9 man tent. If there were 9 men in our tent they would be extremely crowded. I have the Coleman Prairie Breeze. We camp with 2 queen size mattresses, a Pack 'N Play and still have room for a box fan and all our backpacks.

Yeah...More spare room can make the cmaping night more comfortable. It's much harder than you can imangine to stay crowded in a tent.
I've no house in the city, just a camping tent in the wild.

Measure out the size of the tent on the floor or outside and than figure out where you are going to put everything. Do not just estimate, measure. If you want clothes in the tent you need room for them.
If your children are old enough you might prefer to have two tents so the older children could be in a three man tent next to you. Have at least a three man tent for two unless you are backpacking and have to carry the weight.
My husband and I leave our TT at home and camp for six weeks at a time traveling in our tent. We want room for the air mattress, two chairs and a Rubbermaid box for both storage and as a table. Decide what you want.
