That thing is NOT an "RV" in many (if not most) states! An "RV" cannot exceed 400 sq. ft. by legal definition in many states!

Paint it red.
Put an engine and some drive wheels on it.
Ship it to London, England and he could drive around in it collecting fares from passengers!
