We take our little kitty with us all the time. He stays in the trailer unless he is on a leash and cat halter...it has a neck strap and a strap around the chest behind his forelimbs attached together. He has a special wire crate that is used only when we are heading out for fun...never to the vet. It sits in the back of the Explorer with his canine companion. As long as he can sit in a window and watch the world go by, he is happy. We also take him outside in his crate, so that he can sit with us at the campsites. I love the one on the side of the trailer.
where did you get it??

Vitamin C doesn't cure virus diseases. This can be very misleading to those who don't know what feline leukemia is. Also cats make their own vitamin C, unlike humans.

Several places sell them online. These are the best priced. I have three cats so to try and take them out in harnesses wouldn't work too well. Our cats travel in that cage also as it fits and sits upright behind the seats in our van TV. We put a carpet on the bottom and a small litter pan for their comfort.

We have 3 cats and won't leave home without them. They love camping as much as we do. They are fixed and declawed and never go out unless we have a leash on them. I was thinking of a harness just haven't gotten to that yet. I love the outside cage I am going to look into that. Thank you for sharing that picture.
Take your kitty, leave her inside with plenty of toys she will be ok.
thank you for taking her in too and giving her a home So many don't and our shelters prove it.

vit C. Almost 4 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer of the small intestime and stomach and was recomended for surgery to remove some the small intestine and a chunk outof my stomach. I followed a gegemin of Vit C amd other herbs and so far no problems. Sometimes you need to think outside the box
When it comes to life and death, thinking "outside the box" can cost you your (or your pet's) life. Keep in mind you or your cat can live a long time with cancer before it becomes deadly or causes pain. If herbs and vitamin C cured cancer or other diseases there would be no need for modern medicine. There never would have been. All would be cured with herbs and vitamins. The alternative medicine people can't even agree on cancer treatment. For example. Some, like the famous Hulda Clark, claim liver flukes cause all cancers. Liver flukes only SHE could see. For $XXXX her magic zapper machine could cure you. Others claim it's an acid PH of the body that causes cancer and it can be cured by taking Baking Soda. Now someone is claiming it's caused by a lack of Vitamin C and some kind of herbs? You would have scurvy long before you were diagnosed with cancer. Leukemia, in cats or people, cannot be cured with Vitamin C and herbs, magic Zapper machines or Baking Soda. Why do I think the cat was diagnosed not by a lic Veterinarian, but by an alternative med vet....
In any case, since you refused conventional cancer treatment, I hope you do well. I'm sure you know there have been spontaneous recoveries from cancer despite anything the person did.

We take our himilayan Amber camping with us and have since she was a kitten. We use a "harness" that goes around her neck and middle and tether her with about a ten foot very light plastic rope. We only let her out when "she" wants to go outside and we keep an eye on her. She never wants to go very far, usually just around the trailer and mostly when we are also outside to keep her company. Depending on the campground and whether or not there are a lot of people she sometimes likes to go for short walks with one of us, on her "leash" of course. At home at the stick house we let her outside whenever she wishes to go out and most of the tiome it is every day the sun is out, and we tether her with her harness and rope and she is quite content to wander around the back yard and watch the birds and squirrels from wherever she happens to be reclining. She has adapted very well to the harness and does't try to escape when we are not in her immediate prescence.
