Glad to be here.
The river is a little low.
Campground is quiet and relaxing.
Always a pleasure to see Dan and Lil.
Tomorrow we are going to the rock and roll hall of fame.
Can't wait!

We were on the river Saturday and it is very low. In a kayak I got stuck 2 or 3 times and had to pull the kayak through. Huge bottle necks happened in too numerous of places and I got stuck in the middle of 2 "crashes". I am not sure if it was the weekend or what but people were more drunk than usual which caused a few issues. Still lots of water fights, still lots of fun, but a little aggravating by the time the trip was over. A few times I wanted to take my paddle upside someone's head but I kept my composure.

Hi:
Pat and I remember the rump bump outing fondly. We have not been out as much as we like since the new grand child came along. Many weekend drives in the car to New Orleans.
Now that they have relocated to CA, we may get out in the RV more.
Good luck with the water conditions. I still have me WMD water gun. I have not had an opportunity to use it since the trip. Take care and enjoy. Pat and Kim

For those of you coming from the north through Hayesville, there is a detour on route 60. If you don't want to follow the state suggested site, you can take county road 775 south out of Hayesville and that will take you right into Loudonville. Scott said it is good road and he takes it all the time.
