Watch out for the tire scams in places like Beaver Utah. They will tell you that you have a problem with the tires and try to sell you new ones. They may even let air out of your tires if you are not looking.
My dad moved up here to ID by me, so I haven't been back home in years. I grew up right behind the Red D grocery store, but it has since closed. I don't know where they sell groceries in Bicknell anymore, but there is a decent store over in Loa (7 miles before bicknell if you're traveling south) I believe its called Royals.
Thanks for the information, very informative. We are headed back to Mn, after being in Az. for the winter. Would like to see the national parks in Utah on our way home. Wonderful weather this winter in Az. But also has been mild in Mn this winter.
