Why not just get the belt driven, 2-speed, vacuum shift supercharger off of a 1955 Kaiser Manhattan or Darrin, or a Studebaker Golden Hawk?
Or just go wild and get the blower off of a 4/53 Detroit Diesel?
Sure, the 6/71 blower is bigger, but you probably don't really need THAT much!
While you are at it, don't forget the cold fuel canister that you can pack with dry ice.

6-71 blower isn't that big...that's what my Gremlin runs! For a bigger engine, I might go 8-71.
