My Copper Canyon took a bad beating Saturday night. All lights in back busted, sky light, cover over refrigerator and heater smashed, roof dimpled all over. Where in north Alabama would be an reputable dealer to take it to for an insurance estimate? I live about 45 miles northwest of Birmingham. Cotton States does not send out adjuster for RV's, you have to take it to a dealer. Thanks for any info. If my roof is toast, I want somebody good replacing it.

Any time I've gotten damage my insurance company arranged for the estimate and I approved the place of actual repair.

Sorry that you had damage.

When I was faced with finding a repair shop, I asked my insurance adjuster for a list of shops they had worked with in the past. Then contacted all and made my selection. Of course, I understand you asking here for experienced local members. Good idea if there are any.

Hope you're looking very closely at the entire rig. I went through a hail storm about a month ago, replaced a vent cover, antenna, and clearance marker light cover. Thought that was it. Just last week I found another crack on a fender skirt and it looks like the awning also took a beating.

I had hail damage to my pickup last year (3800 dollars worth) insurance covered it under my Comp coverage, make sure thats what they cover it under otherwise your deductable may be higher and you will get dinged on your policy if its covered under collision. Good luck.

Ours also got hit at Pickwick Dam. But only got the sky light, glad it was double walled. Trying to find a replacement now. Its an odd ball 37 1/2" x 21 1/2" outside to outside flange.
Not going to turn ours in, Figure just repair it as would just run ours up. Have $500 Deductible on it.

check your roof good, hail can put pinholes in the rubber that are almost impossible to see, but will let water in and rot will start and slowly destroy the wood structure.

I hope you found a good dealer and your insurance company offered a good price for the damage repair. With AARP RV insurance, service is prompt. That’s why I recommend it.
