We are fulltimers and have recently purchased a deeded RV site (pavers & full hook-ups only - no structures) in Deer Creek RV & Golf. Our current policy with National Interstate covers us while we are at the lot but doesn't provide us with any coverage for liability issues when we rent the lot while we continue to travel.
Does anyone have a company/agent that you would recommend for this type of coverage? Thank you for your assistance.

Before you give someone a piece of your mind, make sure you can get by with what will be left.
We carry a liability only coverage on our site year-round. As you mentioned, site is not covered when RV is taken off for trips, etc. We use a company based in Lakeland, FL, Beall Insurance Co. I don't have the Lakeland # handy, but another location is 813-788-5900 and I am sure they can get you an office nearer to your place. They have carried our liability insurance for about 3 or 4 years now. Not many companies will issue liability only policies.
