Great to hear good experiences with customer service. I am on my 3rd Newmar and have been very pleased with their service. I only have my coach serviced at the Newmar factory or Spartan. Both are excellent people to work with.
I'm on my third coach (first Newmar) and can say that both Coachman and Newmar have been great to work with. Part of that equation is, and still remains, the quality of my local dealer (75 miles, but still the closest MH dealer) has been very positive and they have helped with some very difficult problems over the years.
The Newmar has experienced some problems as it has aged (2003 Dutchstar @ 75,000 miles) and working with the Newmar factory and Spartan chassis has been a positive experience. This is especially important since the majority of my work is done personally or at an independent truck repair facility closer to home.
