I CHECK RESISTANCE ACROSS THE HEATER LAST NIGHT AND I HAD 42.9 OHM'S. IT SEAMES TO HAVE POWER GOING TO IT. EACH SIDE HAD LIKE 44 VOLTS IF THAT MAKES ANY SENSE. I TURNED IT ON ELECTRIC BEFORE I WENT TO BED JUST TO GIVE IT SOME TIME AND THIS MORNING STILL NOTHING. WHAT AM I MISSING HERE.

Thanks
