If you have your coach plugged in at home to keep the fridge cold in between trips, then I would keep the propane on just incase of power failure. That way, you don't lose the stuff in your fridge/freezer.
If the coach is being stored with all the electric/battery power off and fridge/freezer empty, then I would turn off the propane too.
