Traveling to Valdosta by car last week of May. Planning on I-81 to I-77 to I-20 to US 221.
Bad way good way? Any suggestions or warnings about that route?
I've traveled between Valdosta and western PA and NY many times over the years. The I-20/Ga. 44/US 129/I-16/I-77 route south is about 50 miles further, but a little quicker with interstate driving. When 'dead-heading' in a 4 wheeler, that's the option I could appreciate. In an RV, with little time constraints, I'd prefer Hwy 221. Have a safe trip.

Keep The Rubber On The Road
We got off 81 onto 23 into Ashville NC and went to the Biltmore estates. From there we took 26 to Greenville SC, also a nice town. It was one of the prettiest roads we had been on. If you have to
drive it , you might s well enjoy it.
