If it HAS a whole house filter it is nearly always located close to the water pump. Whole house filtrations systems filter water from both the FW tank and the city water inlet so both need to be handy to the canister.
If it's NOT a whole house filter they are usually located near the kitchen sink (usually under it).

It has the reverse osmosis looking water tap on the sink so I assumed it had a separate filter, but I didn't see anything in the manual for one... I'll start digging.
I have a 2008 Denali 31SBBS-M5 and the drinking water filter is in the cupboard that faces the entertainment center, that cupboard is basically under the rear of the sink. It is a simple snap in filter
