pineapple sourcream pie. SO EASY.

1 8oz can crushed pineapple
1 pkg sugarfree instant vanilla pudding (I use french vanilla)
1 16 oz tub of fatfree sourcream
1 low fat graham cracker crust

Mix first three ingredients in bowl til creamy. Pour in graham cracker crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

DONE!!! and YUMMY and low cal.

I think I picked this recipe up from another RV Netter on the Recipes forum.

Last night was teriyaki chicken and fried rice. We got a rice cooker about a month ago (love it) and I keep trying to make the perfect fried rice. It always seems to be missing something.

Parmesan Caesar chicken legs
Corn on the cob
Carrot salad

Beat 2 eggs and add half a small bottle of Caesar dressing. The oil and vinegar type, not the mayo type. I use fat free.
Mix some light bisquick, equal amount of Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, shake or two of dry ranch dressing mix, thyme, black pepper, and paprika. coat ~8-10 legs with egg mixture, then coat heavily with the parm mixture, and convect bake on a slotted baking tray or mesh over a pan (allows all sides to get crispy)
Bake extra. They're great cold. Can use wings or thighs, too.

Perfect fried rice is everyone's goal.
Do you finish your fried rice in a Wok?
I bought a Cast Iron Wok that comes close to what I want,
it just takes more heat than the thin steel Woks.
To me perfect fried rice is like perfect sushi rolls...
Everyone has their own idea of what is best.

No wok. Just used a fry pan. For me, it's about the seasonings and I haven't quite figured it out yet. I'm getting closer though!
