Did Outdoor Resorts drop Pacific Shores as an affiliate?? Having trouble finding active website under either identity.
One of the finest resort locations in the country. I certainly hope that it still viable. Does not sound good.
Anyone seen or heard anything?

Wow, sorry to hear of their financial demise. I know back in '05 during the RV boom times, their lots were selling for piles of money when I was there. I noticed some lower prices in the MH mags lately. This has got to be an awful outcome for any owner. Really nice property which I was hoping to return on some fine day.

Thanks for the info.
Things are going well now for Pacific Shores, the HOA has been awarded all of the developer property and the rental rights so they are renting lots again. Outdoor Resorts did not keep up on some of the maintenance items but now both pools have new equipment and have been re-plastered, also the clubhouse have new HVAC equipment. Many good changes happening.
I am an owner I am happy that we are now in control of the resorts destiny. Such a beautiful property with great people.
Hello, Just curious is it still Motorhomes only and have the rates changed? We will be in that area in September and might like to stay there wirh our fifth wheel.
Thanks Bob

Sorry, still Motorhomes only, 25' or larger class A or C, the rates have been reduced to $30 - $70 a night. We had a 5th wheel for a few years and stayed at Beverly Beach SP. Have a nice trip.
