This will be our second year with the Zone Pass. We used all 30 nights last year and plan to this year as well. No hidden costs and will most likely renew again.

This will be our first year camping with a zone pass. Next weekend is our first use of it. We put a good deal of thought into it before buying it. We realized it would just make financial sense, with the amount of camping we had planned. We already had a trip to Williamsburg planned. We were planning on staying at Bethpage, in season. That would have cost $450 for a week. With the zone pass, we're camping at the Williamsburg Outdoor World instead. Sure, we don't get the huge water park inside the campground. But we're season pass holders for Annheuser Busch parks, so we'll just go to Outdoor World.

It's BECAUSE of the zone pass that we're going to do over 30 nights this year. It's BECAUSE of the zone pass that we can take our kids to Disney World for Christmas. We're also very close to the 3 jersey shore campgrounds. I like the fact that I have the day use of the parks without counting against my nights. We're actually having my daughter's birthday party at the water park in the Lake and Shore campground. I'm very excited about the trips that we have planned for the year, even if they're just local trips. A week at Williamsburg, a week in the Catskills, over a week in Orlando, and a whole bunch of weekend trips...it's going to be a great year for camping!

Read their contract.

They require automatic renewal from year to year unless they receive a letter 30 days prior to the renewal.

Has anyone had an issue with cancelling before the renewal date?

Does anyone have a concern about the automatice renewal requirement?

The other issues seem to be similar to most, in that they can make changes, increase fees based on insurance costs, etc.

Just curious if anyone has has read the contracts/requirements and have any concerns.
