The other day we lost the power to the rig and the computor shut down. When we restarted it, it asked if we wanted to restart in Safe Mode. She cllicked yes. Now we can't get it off of Safe Mode. How do we fix this?

There really isn't ever a need to boot in safe mode. It is used if you have a piece of sotware that is messing you up, not for power failures. Turn off the computer than restart it normally, ignore safe mode.

What WIN version are you using? If you cannot get out of Safe Mode, then you need to go into MSConfig, click the Boot.ini tab, and make sure /SAFEBOOT is "unchecked" and click OK.

You can bring up MsConfig by holding the Windows Key+R, type or copy and paste msconfig then click OK.
