I just got an email from sean after he seen this post, NOT because my hitch was ready for shipping, I will post it word for word when I have time later today.
OK this is what Sean sent me after reading this post. Keep in mind I had many emails with him and talked with him on the phone when placing the order to HIS terms and conditions. After nearly a month I then called back to find out if I had slipped through the cracks and he said yes I had and I would see a hitch in a week or two. Its now been over another month. So here goes:
Hi William,
First, we DID drop the ball on your order. It should have shipped by now
but we have been shipping so many orders that they did not check on orders
waiting for payment. It is not in the same system as the orders that are
placed online at full price and they have been shipping orders from that
system.
Due to the fact that RV.net is the first place I have heard about this I
assume you do not want a hitch. Based on your complaints on RV.net, which
will not let me respond there, I have canceled the order so you can order
from Hensley Mfg. They always have plenty of hitches sitting on the
shelves in stock.
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
Thank you for the initial opportunity.
Sean
I then sent him an e-mail reminding him that this post was far from the first he had heard about this issue. and reminded him of the prior emails and phone calls.
He then sent this email:
I don't feel the victim at all. I'm sorry if I communicated that.
Overwhelmed with orders would be the correct word.
I'm not making you out to be the bad guy either. You have every right to
be pissed.
I only sent the email to apologize. Nothing more.
And that's how it ended, If he had called/emailed me and said I can't hold up to our agreement I would have not wasted nearly three months of research and waiting. So there you have it the whole sad story.

Sounds to me like Sean just helped you purchase a Hesley Arrow hitch. Hensley probably appreciated it.
