looking at a 202 CC 36' with commins 330 engine with 100,000 miles
for low dollar. should the 100,000 miles stop the deal or not. If not what should I be looking for so as not to break the bank for later problems?
Get an RV tech to inspect it. 100k miles should not be a lot on the engine and transmission but sounds like it could be high use on the RV components. I would have an engine oil and trans fluid analysis done just to make sure there are no problems.
You are looking at a 2002 Brand XX? Make XX? ModelXX? Diesel Pusher with a 330 HP Cummins with 100k miles for an undisclosed price? And want someone on this forum to help you determine what issues this Mystery MH might have?
General condition? good? fair? poor?
How many hours on the gen set?
How old are the tires?
How old are the Batteries?
Do all the systems function? Air Con, heater, water, etc
Any maintenance records / history?
Not enough information on the Mystery MH to make any quess whatsoever.

100,000 miles on a Cummins is nothing. But I'd want to see maintenance records on any diesel. And exactly what Cummins model is it? ISB, ISC, L10, or what???
A well maintained engine and drive line with 100,000 miles should not be much of a concern for even a gas engine but especially a diesel… the low dollars helps, but you should have it checked by someone that actually qualified and knows what to look for and understands all of the units systems… it would be worth losing a couple hundred up front to avoid the unexpected later…

My last coach, a DP had a Cummins 400hp turbo diesel rated for a life of 750,000 miles and the Allison 4000 trans was rated for 300,000 miles between fluid change. I am still staggered since I learned that from the Cummins/Allison dealer when I had the coach inspected at purchase.
