I will tell those of you with backing problems what someone shared with me early on, use walkie talkies! It is very helpful and eliminates most of the back up fights.

I've just thought of another one. The most important thing in setting up a satellite system is MAKING SURE THE TRIPOD IS PLUMB, BALANCED & LEVEL.

1 - You really should unplug the power cord BEFORE driving away.

2 - Check the sewer hose connections BEFORE attempting to dump.

3 - Learn to laugh at your mistakes, 'cause you will make them.

Hi, people automatically assume you are a millionaire because you own an Airstream. (not true)

Bring a camcorder and record the new trailer walkthrough because you will forget most things and the manual was written by an old vet who thinks everyone already knows how to winterize a trailer and makes it as broad as possible to use the same manual with all models across the entire line!

1. Always arrive early in a campground, sit out your comfortable chair and watch the show as other campers come into the campground.

2. Added benifit of arriving early, no one will see the entertainment that you are providing.

1. Never ASSUME that the dealer prep'd your TT properly.
(As a matter of fact, don't assume anything when your TT is involved)

2. Buy a TT and TV that are perfectly matched. (More TV than TT and you'll WANT a new TT. More TT than TV and you'll NEED an new TV.)

Don't bother having the dealership set up your WDH, we don't know how to do it, will mess it up and you will have to redo it anyways.
