Let's see if we can get some excitement going on this site.
Our Mexico plans for the upcoming winter are -
6 weeks in Baja and 2-3 weeks in Rocky Point / PP (two separate trips)

Nothing this coming winter, but the following year, at least a month in Kino Bay and possibly longer.

4 months Laguna Del Tule in the Costa Allegra in the town known as melaque but we are really in Villa Obregon, via the West Coast route Mex15 then 200. Then one month letting the Pacific winds blow us further south and inland somewhere we have seen or not seen. Back into the USA after heading back to Mex 15 at Mazatlan via Durango- I hope the devils backbone bridge will be near completion. Cant wait to leave Candada 15 Oct can only stay out till 15 Apr due BC Health Care.
ETA LDT is probably 15 Nov.
Yeah that does sound exciting, thanks for making me think about my plans.

We left the 5er in storage in La Penita. We plan on leaving Fallon mid October and taking our time going down, to arrive at the La Penita RV park on 1 Nov. to get it set up. We plan on going to Guadalahara on the 22nd of Dec, after the world ending celebration we are planning in the park on the 21st, and spending Christmas in Guad. We also want to go spend a week in Patzquaro and maybe a trip down to Oaxaca. We don't plan on coming back north until after Easter. If anyone wants to rent our rig in the park for a week or two during our trips, let us know and we can firm up some dates later.

No more cold winters for me here in Monterrey. We are heading to the beaches. Not sure just where yet.

Three to four months at Heaven's Gate RV park in La Penita. We enjoyed this last season too much to stay away. ... counting the days until then.

I guess i am the lucky one..leave Vancouver Island mid September and heading to San Miguel for at least one year!!!!!! Cheers Les

Hi Les, we are in SMA this week. We rented a house and have family from Idaho here. The weather is still the best, warm days and cool nights. We went to Dolores Hidalgo, Peña de Bernal, Queretaro, and of course spent a day in the water at La Gruta. I can see why people want to live here. Leaving today for Monterrey.

One month on the road after Christmas, then 2 months at Laguna del Tule, then to Roca Azul for Semana Santa, then inland & hopefully down the new devils backbone hwy. I don't intent to get home next year til 3rd week in May. My wife is flying down with our granddaughter again in late Jan & we will put her in school like we did this year. I am trying to talk my sister into coming down the me. Cheap trip for her she only needs one way airfare home.
