Does anyone know who runs the actual technical part of rv.net? I know the moderators do a great job of monitoring the posts but I need help with the GoodSam logo. My email is the same for both goodsam and rv.net. I do not have the "show GSC badge" option on my "general information" page. I have logged out (my computer is shut down every night) and logged back in. None of this has worked so what I need is help from someone who runs the technical part of rv.net.

You are far more likely to get the attention of someone who can look at your accounts with your post in the Good Sam Club section; the executives and technicians do not monitor Forum Technical Support, but someone in administration does look at the Dear Marcus sub-forums.

In one of your posts in the other thread you stated, "Yes I did use the same email for both as it is the only email I have"

Because you only have one email address doesn't mean that both are the same. Do you receive email from both sites to the same email account? That would demonstrate that they are the same.

If you have not done so already, I would copy the email address in one account and paste it into the other. Then logout and back in on this forum.

I have posted a trouble ticket, but if the technicians are busy, they are not nearly as like to see it or take action as they would be if one of the monitors in the Dear Marcus section posted a ticket.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for the reply and thank you for your help. I did post in the dear marcus section and have heard back from Mike. I should hear back from technical support as soon as they have time. I had not thought of copying the email from one to another but I will give it a try.

Hi Tom,
I tried copying my email name from goodsam to rv.net and it did not work but it was worth a shot. Hope to here from tech support soon. Thanks for trying to help.
