Hey guys, can someone decode some of the acronyms used around here? In particular:

DW
DH
DS
etc.

Thanks in advance.

The D has many meanings, including, Dear, Darling, Dumb, etc. You fill in the proper D word depending on the feeling at the moment.

On other forums the D can stand for daily or designated. Imagine how I felt when I first joined.

That is precisely why I always use full descriptive names ie: wife, daughter, granddaughter, etc. It only takes a few more keystrokes and there is no confusion as to whom I am referring to.

Thanks guys. The only ones I didn't know were the "dear" ones. I had all sorts of meanings I was making up but clearly they weren't appropriate. :-)
