Yes both Barker and Valterra do:

Valterra Electric Waste Valve

Barker Auto Drain Valves

They make them, but they are very unreliable. But, IF you install them be aware that they MUST be installed with the motor system on the TOP from a 12 oclock to no more than 2 oclock. That is the problem with some installs. They mount the motor slide system in the same position as the original or there is NO room to install vertical as required. If not installed vertical as required, the drain water can migrate to the motor system and that causes the failures of the electric motors.. They have to be installed JUST LIKE the clicky link above shows as a demonstration. Doug

I have Drain Masters valves on our Carriage. They work nicely!
