Bought a new 2012 Montana 3800RE in January 2012 and to make a long story short, when we got back from az, I took it back to the dealership in Meridian Id. and as promised they were to get it in the next day, that didn't happen, actually it didn't happen till 10 days later. What was going on is a flexing issue in the nose of the trailer. Very long story and to much to tell but we are not happy with the ansewer and results from Keystone and Camping World and also a Couch issue, very poor quality. Camping World service writer has not kept in contact or returned calls as promissed, I am alway's calling him if he will ansewer or return calls. The flexing issue according to Keystone is because of a Anderson Ranch Hitch Adapter that was installed by Camping World and it voided the warranty on the trailer. Still more going on and to much to mention. As for now the trailer has been at Camping World for 5 weeks, and finally some of the issues are being resolved and the parts are not to arrive for another 2-3 weeks and have already had to cancel 2 trips and another is comming up shortly. I would appreciate it Mr lemonis if you could help us. Thanks Ron

Just a thought, I am glad I am not a CW employee. Not that there would be anything wrong with working with CW, but having the CEO with direct access to customers will keep you on your toes. Conversely, if CW management would make it widely known and publish some of the forum threads to the workforce they may have a tremendous impact on how the clerk, phone rep, salesperson, technician interact and respond to their customers. Kudos again to Marcus for sticking himself out on a limb directly with his customers and not hiding or running from issues. Major respect points!

X3 and X4 and X5. His following up and making things right for his customers is the best Customer Service I have ever seen. Keep up the good work Marcus! You are doing your company and customers a great service and just to let you know, this is what keeps me doing business with Camping World.
I sure hope you see this post so you know what a positive impact you are having with your customers.

Our home is about ¾ miles as the crow flies from this CW dealership and you are experiencing the NORM for this dealer. We quit going to the CW dealer and now use Dillon RV, 10 miles down the road, because of the attitude you are seeing. This dealership started out very good, when CW bought it, but it went downhill very quickly. Those of us that live there, find other dealers to work with.

There is no excuse for poor communication and bad scheduling, so I hope something improves there. But Keystone and Lippert are clear that gooseneck adapters void the frame warranty. I hope you are not blaming Camping World for simply installing an item that you chose to purchase. As far as I can see, you will be on the hook if any frame repair is needed.

When we ordered the trailer, Camping World sells and installs these adapters for there customers if they want one, therefore if it is a warranty issue down the road, then why isn't Camping World telling people that they will not sell or install this hitch setup for warranty reasons. If I would of know that, I sure wouldn't have them do it. Yes after this issue has arrised, and now I read all the info in the Keystone book, yes it can void the warranty. Just wondering do you all read everything that comes with a new trailer, pickup etc.
I guess you are looking for quidiance from the professional that sold the unit to you. I have PM Mr Mlemonis as requested and I guess we will see where it goes from here..........
