I have clicked the box at the end of a post under "subsciption" that requests for me to be notified by email when someone posts to the thread. I never get notified.

I click on MY FORUMS and then MY PREFERNCES-think it pops up right there...and I do think we used to take a different route-but not sure...just poke around!

All email notifications come from The RV.Net portal server. That server has been having problems for a week.
As an alternative, keep a window or tab open to your My Forums page. All of your subscriptions are shown there. Refresh the page periodically and it will show you when there is a new post in your one of your subscribed to threads.
