Just found out the b and w companion will not work I have a choice of a Reese or Curt any advice will be great looking at the 20t curt

Go see how both work. I selected Curt because I liked how it operated. Each has it's own positive and negatives. Easy to operate was my issue!

I have Curt and it is a great hitch. I don't think you can go wrong for the money.

If you're saying the B&W Companion wouldn't work because it's for the gooseneck turnover ball, you can still get a B&W Patriot which is the same hitch that mounts to the standard rails just like Reese and Curt. But any of the three will probably serve you well.
