Just wondering if they are up and running? I looked at their website and noticed they had spots for July 4 time. $90/night. Is pool open? Any other info would help.
If you mean are they up and running since the hurricane, yes they are up and running. They only sustained mimimal damage and were open a week or so after.

Yes they have been open with limit services. This week the 8th I heard they plan to be pretty much back at full service except for the new office. They are working on the new pool and last I heard the Target is the 8th to open the pool. I will be there next weekend so i will update after I return. They have been posting photos of the construction to bathhouses and pool on Facebook.

Oops, Oh dopey me. I misread your tag line last night. Thought it said Camp Hatteras. Sorry about that. Couldn't figure out your question as Camp Hatteras was up and running a week after the hurricane.
The KOA did take a big hit and the information given to you by jayco304 (a more careful reader then I) is a pretty good assessment.
Your July booking will be fine. We were there last week and there was a lot of const. going on. Pool will be open this week. The office will be open this fall (they are using space in the old snack bar). Staff was pre-occupied with const. but it still is a nice place to camp.
