Hi: My Norcold works great on propane but does not work on AC, there is 120 at the plug and the strip bar light inside shows AC yet and the interior lights work in the fridge yet there is no cooling. Where do I begin to determine the fault? Thanks
Your frig is connected to 12 volt which runs the controls and light.
You mentioned that you have 120 volts at the back of the frig otherwise it could be as simple as resetting a circuit breaker. Next,check to see if the frig 120 volt wiring is connected to the source. It could be as simple as plugging it in. Then check for a circuit breaker or fuse at the back of the frig. I remember seeing one or the other on one of my refrigerators, but can't recall just where.
You could have a burnt out heater on the "stack" at the back of the frig, but that is unusual.
