Ron I am sorry to burst your Made in America Bubble, but I have two sets of Good Years on current vehicles I own, all made outside the USA.

I for one, am not interested in Validation for decisions on the changes and upgrades I make to my coach. I do my home work, and I write the check. Anyone one on the forum ,who would like to write the check is free to buy my tires. They may choose any brand they favor.

Are your foreign Goodyear tires RV tires, or automobile/light truck tires? Since you said current VEHICLES are you saying that you have numerous RV's? I know that Goodyear makes some brands of automobile tires for Walmart that are produced overseas and I'm sure that some of their other auto tires are made overseas as well. I'll stand by my statement that I have still not seen any RV specific Goodyear tires made outside of the USA.
Oh shucks, tires are simple, just get the highest load rating & ply at the best price you can find reguardless of the name, cause which company in the USA not going to be looking at profits for their company.
Do you think a tire company in the USA, paying a worker 20~30 dollars an hour will do a quality job, or will a Jap working for a bowl of rice a day give them their best days work.
Probably not from the high pay, because this country ideas has degraded all the good high qualified workers, by putting workers in their place that dont have enough sence to go to the bathroom by themself because of the equal rights people, so why should anyone reguardless of pay amount care.
There are some that still care in this world, far & few between, but those that do they will have their OWN business that they can control who works there.

After 3 Goodyear failures (tread separation) I put Hankooks on our RV and so far after 6000 miles, I'm satisfied. The GY670s were much more expensive too which matters to me. I researched the topic extensively and read lots of positive reviews about the Hankooks and after a year, they look brand new.
Just picked up my Michelin XRV 235/80R 22.5 tires up at my local Costco, and will have them installed next week. Oh yeah, I'm replacing 7 year old XRV's with no weather checking on them.
