Did something similar to my step mom at a convention. We all had radio's on so we could find each other. After we got togather she had to use the rest room. I waited a bit and then simulated the largest ball movement sound I could make. She came out of the restroom bright red.

There is also a fart app for smart phones that works on motion. Put phone in back pocket and lift leg.
