I'll be RVing to the El Paso - Albuquerque area in a couple of months. If anyone has had dental work done at this clinic I would appreciate any comments good or bad. I had all my teeth removed in January and am considering mini-implants with dentures. I've read some good comments but, of course, this was on their web page. I would like impartial feedback if possible. Thanks in advance!

Don't know about that area, but I know someone that had dental work done in Nogalas, Mex, near Arizona. It worked out well.
I was thinking about going to Mexico for dental word, but have no idea as to where to go. There must be a forum of people that went to Mexico for dental work.

Go to Yuma and cross over into Algodones. You can park on the US side for $5 and walk in. Algodones is sleepy little town who's sole purpose is to support the retired US citizens with dental, eye, and prescription drugs at reasonable prices. I had a quote in the US for over $7000 to have dental work done. Went to Dr Carlos Castanedo in Algodones and got it done for $1700. He is even a member of the American Dental Association. There are even cheaper places but I went to him because of his reputation and was very satisfied. You can even make your appointments on line at Bernal Dental

I don't know if you are looking only for folks with fifth wheels that have had dental work in Mexico?
Would probably do better posting in the Mexico section down at the bottom.
Yep, actually drove to all of these places---in the last eight years. Missed Rhode Island and New Jersey.

A lot of our Canadian snowbird friends go to Nogales, Agua Prieta or Algodones. A few go to Sonoyta or even down to Rocky Point, if they're going down there anyway.

Haven't been to Mexico for work myself, but all the time I spent in the RGV, the folks down there go over to Nuevo Progresso. You park on the US side and walk over the bridge and all the pharmacies and clincs are right in the plaza along with some very helpful tourista police.
Haven't been down there this year, so I assume it's still a quiet little town. Everyone says to avoid Matamoros and Reynosa.

Lincoln dental clinic in Juarez. My DW had a full set of caps put on there for under $2K. 10 years ago. She has some problems now but Heck it's been 10 years.
Lincoln has a toll free number. You call them when you get to El Paso and they will give you a meeting place in El Paso where one of their big Ford vans will pick you and other patients up, They will return you to El Paso when done.
With drug wars in Juarez their business is down quite a bit. Be sure and have your passport to make a hassle free re-entry.

I had some dental work done in Progresso. My dentist wanted over $1200 for what I got done for $340 in Mexico. I'm very satisfied. Of course my American dentist wasn't too happy. While I was there i picked up some medication that cost $240 for a thirty day supply in the U.S. for $14.95 for a one hundred day supply. Very quiet in Progresso.
