I'm almost done making my fhu at home. Just need to dig a trench and bury the sewer line to the septic tank which shouldn't be a problem. It is nice having the 30a service and sewer dump right where the camper sits.

I guess we are lucky to live where we do. We have a separate 41x20 garage we built for our motorhome with sewer dump, water and 50 amp service inside. Now that we are going back to a fifth wheel the garage will become its home. Sure is nice to not have to worry about finding a place to dump before we get home.

Gheesh, why bother leaving the comfort of your own driveway to camp? Imagine the fuel savings.

Hang a sign on the front, one side says, "Man Cave" the side other says, "Dog House."

Very nice -

I used to a similar setup, but sold the house for another. I miss it.

When we were building 10 years ago, I had a 30A plug on the outside of the Garage, and as part of the sprinkler system I have a water spout at the back of the RV along with the dump to the septic system. It is great to always have a place to dump. If the camp ground has a easy dump I use to avoid using our septic system, other wise I dump at home. Full Hookups at Home
